Dark Horse Roastery have selected an incredible tasting Colombia coffee from their friends at Cofinet, with a SCA cup score of 84+, you should taste delicate sweet peach and vanilla balanced with a rich caramel aftertaste, they've roasted this coffee to a medium level like all ther decaf coffee's so that they are usable for any method including espresso.
